The 5 Components of Fitness are the KEY to success on your fitness journey!!

YOUR TEAM

These are the people or devices to assist you on your fitness journey.  Doctors, hormone specialists, mental health providers (internal health and balance) , family, friends, coworkers, training partners, trainers/coaches, nutritionist, recovery team, training groups (Facebook, Instagram).


There are many devices and apps that can help you stay on track.  These include: My Zone, Fit Bit, Garmin, Apple Watch, MyFitnessPal and other fitness apps.

YOUR FUEL

This focuses on your nutrition and supplementation.  It is vital to eat for health and performance.  We highly recommended using fitness trackers/watches to monitor your calories burnt and food apps for intake.

YOUR MOTOR

The overall goal is to improve the heart/lung health through proper exercise and nutrition. We want to improve the internal motor to run longer and more efficiently.

The following benefits can be achieved through engaging in regular cardiovascular training:

  • The heart muscle develops and becomes stronger.
  • The heart beats at a slower rate when resting.
  • The heart is able to squeeze a greater volume of blood out per contraction.
  • Recovery after exercise is enhanced.
  • The heart becomes more efficient (it delivers more blood with less effort).
  • The lungs become more efficient at delivering oxygen.
  • Increased elasticity of the arteries thus improving circulation.
  • Increased numbers of capillaries within muscles, improving circulation.
  • Our blood volume increases enabling greater uptake and delivery of oxygen to our bodies.
  • Blood Cholesterol levels decrease.
  • Endorphins are released causing us to feel happier and healthier 
  • Muscles and joints become stronger.
  • Increased calorie expenditure and higher metabolic rate (the rate at which your body burns calories, what a bonus!!!


Remember, our bodies respond to the demands that we place upon it.  If we do not challenge our bodies with exercise, it simply degenerates and becomes weak.  That’s not going to happen here…RIGHT!!!!!?

Our GOAL is to improve skeleton structure(armor) while simultaneously improving your quality and longevity of life.

Our goal is to improve sleeping and decrease body aches and pain.  This can be accomplished through a variety of methods.  Additionally, you can use a recovery team and tools (buffer, hyper volt, rad roller etc.) to improve your recovery.
