There are many devices and apps that can help you stay on track. These include: My Zone, Fit Bit, Garmin, Apple Watch, MyFitnessPal and other fitness apps.
This focuses on your nutrition and supplementation. It is vital to eat for health and performance. We highly recommended using fitness trackers/watches to monitor your calories burnt and food apps for intake.
The overall goal is to improve the heart/lung health through proper exercise and nutrition. We want to improve the internal motor to run longer and more efficiently.
